Nina had a peculiar complaint.
She said that her mischievous little one never sleeps on his pillow!
Nina & I were discussing why this could be. She had arranged his cot with the softest pillows that had the prettiest embroidery! Anyone would have loved to sleep on those pillows.
But the little one always pushed his pillow away…
So we decided to investigate the matter.
And when the pillow was turned around and the child was not lying on the embroidered side,
he didn’t throw the pillow away…
It appeared that the embroidery might just be the cause of the problem!
As pretty as they are, there seems to be a roughness in the machine embroidered fabric that the little one simply does not like!
But embroidered pillows are so so pretty! What shall we do? We thought…
And we decided to consult Grandma, she knows all about baby linen:
And of course she had the perfect solution!
She recommended HAND EMBROIDERY!
She said; “That way Mommy and Baby are both happy”
And truthfully don’t you think Hand Embroidery looks so much prettier too?
